We retain personal information for 7 years from the date of last interaction, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. Security audit logs are retained for the duration required by applicable compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001).
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is controlled through our own Zero-Trust architecture with multi-factor authentication required for all personnel. We conduct quarterly penetration testing and continuous vulnerability scanning.
